Dairy Specialist

As a Dairy Specialist, you will service and sell to dairies in northern MO, eastern IA and southwest WI and will prospect new accounts in this area. Qualified candidates will possess a BS or MS in Animal or Dairy Science, have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Agriculture sector and possess a valid drivers license. Candidates must be comfortable in the farm environment, able to work effectively with technical support and sales staff, be proficient with computers and dairy rationing software (specific training will be provided). Occasional overnight travel is required. The idea candidate will be located in (or relocate to) the northeastern IA area.

Plant Manager (various locations)

This position reports to the General Manager for the Business Unit. As a Plant Manager, you will manage the operating/manufacturing functions, including P&L responsibilities, staffing, production scheduling and related management functions.

Qualified candidates must have a 4-year college degree and experience in the feed industry or a related industry. In addition, qualified candidates must have proven leadership and decision making skills and possess plant operations expertise.

Retail Sales – Bismarck, ND

Seeking a self-motivated individual to be a part of our retail sales team. This position is ideal for a person who enjoys customer service and has a passion for agriculture. This is a full time position and requires the ability to work on Saturday mornings.

Primary duties include assisting customers with questions regarding products, handling the cash transaction for their purchases at the register and ensuring the store is neat and appealing with merchandise displayed creatively.

Qualified candidates will possess exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in a retail setting, basic computer skills, be physically active and able to lift up to 60 lbs periodically and the ability to work well in a small, team environment.

Programmer / Analyst

Under the leadership of the Business Applications and Development Manager, this position will utilize SQL Report Writing, Dynamics AX, Visual Studio, .NET programming, JAVA, C++ platforms to complete assigned projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, analytical and programming skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • A degree in computer science
  • 2+ years of programming experience, preferably in a relational database environment
  • SQL server experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Customer service skills necessary for end users

Network Administration

Under the leadership of the Manager of Infrastructure, this position will ensure network servers and services are operating at optimal levels, implement projects that will aid in meeting established goals and objectives for IT and will provide 2nd level user support.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 2 years technical education in network support (MCSA/MCSE certification preferred)
  • 2 or more years of network experience
  • Demonstrated skills in Windows 2003/2008, SharePoint, SQL Server, Active Directory and Terminal Service administration
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Customer service skills necessary for end users
