Plant Superintendent – Watertown SD
The Superintendent position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for production scheduling, ISO 9000 activities, promoting a safe workplace and related duties.

The qualified applicant will possess a 4 year degree or equivalent experience in a feed industry, have prior supervisory experience, demonstrated ability to direct daily and weekly activities, knowledge of agricultural processing, established leadership skills and computer skills. Previous experience in a union environment is desirable.
