Feeding Directions

Give each litter 1.5 ounce (one full measure) every three days starting at three days of age, or 0.5 ounce (one-third full measure) daily. Continue until pigs are eating considerable amounts of creep ration. This will usually be at about three weeks of age. Oral Iron/Selenium Nutritional Supplement should be fed in a place convenient to the pigs. Because pigs will root and eat Oral Iron/Selenium Nutritional Supplement readily, it is best to feed it in a shallow pan nailed to a board or on a clean solid floor near where pigs will be creep-fed. Starting at one week, teach pigs to eat creep ration by sprinkling a small amount of Oral Iron/Selenium Nutritional Supplement on top of the creep ration. It also may be sprinkled on top of nursery feed.
