Garrett Preedy, M.S.

Beef Nutritionist

Garrett attended Kansas State University, receiving a B.S. degree in Animal Science and a M.S. degree in Ruminant Nutrition focusing on cow/calf nutrition and management. During graduate school, Garrett managed the Commercial Cow/Calf Unit for K-State while completing weaning and finishing research. He is a member of the Beef Technical Services team covering Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri.

Garrett has worked with cattlemen in all sectors of the beef industry from cow/calf to feedlot. His objective is to assist producers in meeting their production goals by providing sound nutrition and management advice.

Garrett was raised on a dryland farm and ranch in Kansas producing commercial SimAngus cows and ranch horses.
