DesignRite® 200 HD Premix

DesignRite®

DesignRite® 200 HD Premix is formulated to a specific level of DDGS being fed in swine diets. This flexible feeding program increases the level of nutrition for growing animals while reducing excess nutrients being fed during late finishing phases. DesignRite 200 HD Premix is formulated to be used with 200-300 lb of DDGS per ton of complete feed. The DesignRite product line provides nutrition solutions that are both cost effective and environmentally friendly.

About the Product

DesignRite 200 HD:
Contains high levels of the synthetic amino acids L-lysine and L-threonine. These amino acids increase the energy content of the diet by increasing the level of grain that can be used and decreases soybean meal inclusion. Providing the proper amino acid balance reduces nitrogen emission into the environment.

Phytase:
DesignRite 200 HD contains high levels of phytase which improves phosphorus digestibility, thus allowing for less total phosphorus to be fed and excreted in the manure.

Flexible Formulation:
Designed to be used with 200-300 pounds of DDGS per complete ton to provide precise concentrations of amino acids, phosphorus, vitamins, and trace minerals, while delivering a highly cost effective nutrition program. For optimal formulation results, a nutrient profile of your DDGS source should be used.

*One unit of phytase activity (FTU) is defined as the quantity of enzyme which liberates 1 micromol of inorganic phosphorus per minute. Environmental factors such as feed pH, moisture, and processing methods such as pelleting or extrusion, may affect enzyme activity.

*One xylanase unit is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 micromole of xylose per minute under the conditions of the assay.
